The Comersan Suber Card is an interactive tool that is responsible for generating and managing a points system in order to encourage local purchases in the community in which it operates.
Users can exchange these points for gifts that the association itself will make available to them.The system works through an administration panel in which we can view all the data collected by the application through the QR codes that users have in the App of their mobile.The tool comprises three user profiles:- "Commercial" => In this case it corresponds to the owners or managers of businesses belonging to the Comersan association, the app of these users have the ability to scan the QR codes of the "customer" and "physical customer" profiles to assign them points according to the expenditure they make in the shops attached to Comersan.- "Client" => They only have to install the app on their phone, when registering the user and the system generates a QR code that will appear on the main screen of the App, identifying this user before the system, so that the points obtained, are accumulated in your profile to use them later.- "Physical user" => It is intended for a type of public that does not have a mobile device.
In this case, user registration must be done through the App administrator.
When registering, you will be given a card that is also scannable by the “merchant” app profile.
In this way the association has managed to leave no one behind.
